From my understanding yes. That’s part of why I think he is way overcharged and should walk. Both the gutting and the death are lucky(unlucky) hits. I don’t think intent was there for either of those. And if not those I don’t see why it would for the others

He also didn’t continue after anyone once the group backed off of him.
