We always time it so we leave BR and hit Bucce's or just past Pensacola for Breakfast.

I did the drive a few months back with a 6 year old and 6 month old and it wasn't bad at all. This past trip we held off on Breakfast till the Crestview exit

Chic Fi La
3000 S Ferdon Blvd, Crestview, FL 32536

Avoid Tallahassee if you can, twice I had odd stops there including being locked in a McDonalds with 50 others by a insane manager who was mad bc we were ordering food. (oh yes)

A lot of the rest areas on panhandle are drive and out quick.

A good easy gas station with good food selection and quick on and off is the Loves in Lee. They even have some sort of

3204 Co Rd 255, Lee, FL 32059

You most likely hit traffic in Ocala, don't take crazy waze inspired detours - I did once and wasted an hour.

I'll think of anything else and make a new post - most of all enjoy it man. I love bringing the kids to Disney and seeing it through their eyes.
