Since Reagan? No we haven't.
We didn't hit 100% of GDP until well into Obama's administration. Trump's spending was level with it until Congress passed PPP and Covid spending and never took it back down.

Not to worry I’ve been told that’s it’s just transitory. Relax it will probably be fine in two weeks.
