In the end most people don't care about policy as it applies to transportation, overall funding....eve education or health care. These cultural red meat issues are easier to understand because they are emotional and guttural. National Anthem....either you're a good American or you are not. Beyond that there is nothing else to it.

It’s always about the money. Economic Determinism.

We have one side that wants to build and grow civilization.

We have the other side which is solely interested in extracting wealth and resources from civilization.

LSU women’s basketball with most modern institutions falls in the latter bracket. It’s a no brainer.

We, collectively as a society and state, support this program despite its inability to break even financially. There are responsibilities that accompany great privileges. The national anthem is an incredibly low bar to reach to show basic appreciation for the people who pay your bills.

Too many have no grasp of basic civics. Rights go hand in hand with responsibility.
