He’s already busting at Alabama. He hired two coordinators with zero SEC coaching experience. He has four total relevant seasons as a head coach. Kelly turned around more programs than DeBust but if that’s your sole criteria then Lance should be over him with what he’s done at Kansas

Every coach is going to “win” with another’s recruits even Deion did some last season.
Mainieri won with Smokes recruits like DJ LeMehieu.
How many pitchers Mainieri recruited that pitched in the CWS last season? 1 How many lefties did he leave on the team? Zero

This team is losing because of what Paul didn’t do his last 2 seasons outside of Crews and Morgan - RECRUIT.
