That SHOULD be called. Same with player using their arm to clear out a defender on a drive to the basket. All that stuff should be called.

Defenders have to be able to move with the ball handler. They also need to be able to go straight up to contest a shot. You see the offensive player constantly hunting contact in mid air.

And yes, that was an illegal screen. I’m glad they called it.
