Citizen for me today. Watch I always travel with and it will set itself automatically or with a push of a button by pulling a GPS or radio-based time signal so it's pretty much always within a second of NIST time.

I'm curious how that works on the inside, how does it speed itself up or slow itself down to maintain the time? What kind of mechanism?
