This portal thing is a joke where players can transfer any and every year. Got to institute some restrictions.

I think Van Lith was part of the blow up that happened early in the season
You had Reese and Poole that wanted to run things and you could tell early in the season Poole wasn't happy about her role and Reese at times ignored Van Lith when she had open looks
I think it all came to a head in the locker room and Mulkey had to reset things

Can’t issue employment restrictions (not compete and binding contracts) if they are not employees.
