You could have done all this with diet and exercise. It would have required some effort though. Long term I don’t think this will end well for a lot of folks

I've done exactly that with diet and exercise 3 different times in the last 25 years. Long term, that didn't end well for me as each time I gained back more than my previous loss. If you believe it's all totally about willpower and determination, you are totally wrong and have never been there. As I both lost and gained weight, I was obsessed with food. What were we having for dinner? We were going out and what would I order? Would their be dessert? Everything you can imagine. I actually remember when I was much younger, skinny, and didn't have those constant thoughts. They came with stress and a big change in my lifestyle. With semaglutide, those obsessions have pretty much disappeared and I feel like I used to about food. It's a sudden and amazing freedom to not need this massive willpower to stop when you are full and there is food left on your plate or not needing that massive willpower to keep from getting a 2nd piece of cake that you know you don't need and will be sorry you ate. If you haven't felt like that, like that cake is literally calling you, then you don't understand the need for this drug.

I wish you well in your endeavors, but you're basically saying that this medicine is something that you're going to have to depend on for the rest of your life. Maybe you're OK with that (Pharma Inc. certainly is).

This reads like one big ad for NOT taking these drugs. Big Pharma has hooked another one. Congrats.
