Nothing. But he's not the problem and a new coach doesn't fix the fundamental flaws of the team. It's poor roster construction and inexperience, for him too. He's a young coach and he is learning. He 43 years old. Coaches get better with time. You want to start again with someone just as inexperienced? Or some retread that can't control the locker room?

Us winning more games in each of 3 seasons is all Willie and has nothing to do with Zion going from 0 to 29 to 70 games played!!!
