They should have really looked at number of employees. The places that could carry an extra person or 2 are going to cut them. Or they can help install the kiosk and teach it to do their job.

This what I’m interested in seeing. The technology is already there to significantly reduce headcount. Fast food restaurants have mostly avoided it due to expense, bad PR, etc.
But now there is no reason not to.
