I would to see my mortgage statement at the end of the year with rising insurance rates in Louisiana plus increased property taxes due to no income tax. This shite will be more than my principal.

Would happily double my property tax for no income tax

If you dont like your property tax then move to a smaller lot/house

All tax is bad but consumption taxes are less bad

This is how Texas gets away with it and yet people think it’s such a big difference not paying state income tax. The states gonna get their money one way or another

If higher property taxes are less than the gone income tax, who cares?
