Lifting while you feel like everything had pulled out of you(not sure how else to describe it) is glorious. The pump is so much better.

Now, I don’t think I could have down tennis training like this. Which if you are still doing your hippie running shite I see why it’s tough

Not just running. Try doing HIIT without some glycogen stores and get back to us.

I still run on occasion, but I mostly do Crossfit these days.

So its even worse
