Your muscles need carbs for recovery. If your workouts and recovery don't suffer while intaking 0 carbs, you aren't working out hard enough.

are you doing zero carb (carnivore), or are you still eating fruits and vegetables?

I can do low carb (currently doing 80-100 gr), but no carb wrecks me
