re: Any chance we can get an identifier for upvotes and downvotes?

I have seen where you can have an active link next to upvote/downvote that lists who has upvoted and downvoted. There are actually more choices that just upvote/downvote, but that is another topic. I think it would be great to identify a poster who downvotes things like when a poster makes a tribute thread to Mike Leach for example.
