But wouldn’t preventative be better than after onset of symptoms?

The goal is to maintain current health, aesthetics, and physique. If you wait, then it’ll eventually be past the time you can maintain those for as long as possible.

not if you are monitoring levels etc

its not like boom...suddenly you have aged

i mean you can start whenever so long as done having kids, but i would try other things first as its a big decision
