This goes even beyond state law, in Rankin County, MS, 5-0 would help you evict them and all judges, juries, DA, etc., would support you. Across the Pearl river in Jxn the opposite would be true.

I’ll tell you what, when you think like that you will be arrested.
Fact is it’s your word vs theirs and someone being in your house illegally and you find them chances are they swing at your first.
