She does make bad decisions at times. But she hussles really hard on defense. Our defense has made games ugly. Just means they are busting their arse. Support these young ladies instead of all these so and so sucks.

She worked hard on defense today. I appreciate the fact that, even though her shot wasn’t falling, she still hustled.

I think we just got past a really tough team for us. I think we match up well against Iowa and Colorado will be a dog fight for sure.

She's better than these scrubs on this forum.

She was clutch with free throws down the stretch.

The offensive foul she took with 40 seconds left was the difference in the game imo.

Only problem I had with her today was she should have given up on the shooting a few shots earlier. She was clearly off. Defense was great, and she made the free throws when it mattered.

It's just like football season.
Win and start bitching.
I'll enjoy the ride.

She needs to be out there for her defense alone.

My point is the average td fan on here would be gasping for breath trying to keep her pace. We do miss o lot of lay ups but they are also sprinting down the floor at a very fast pace. And it will probably be a ugly game against Iowa. Only because of their strategy of a fast pace transition game they employ.
3 years ago, nobody had as much interest in the lady's playing. They are the defending champions and in the elite eight in mulkeys third year. If we don't win this year, I will be proud as hell of this team regardless. We lost poole, lost samyah smith. Coach had to readjust on the fly and did a great job. So geaux tigers and let's win this thing.

HVL hustles on defense as much as anyone, especially considering the type of quicker point guards she has to face. Van Lith gets screened all the time, and she hustles through it and still stays in front of her opponent.
She came in and totally shut down that Jones girl who was getting all the threes.
I refuse to waste energy worrying about her turnovers. She has to handle the ball a lot, so she is going to have turnovers. But I think she sees the floor well and I don't mind her taking those pull-up 15-footers.
I'd like to see Poa match HVL's defensive intensity sometime, but the game seems to move too fast for Poa at times. LSU needs to have both HVL and Poa playing well from here on out.
