I don’t know but if I’m the prosecutor and there perhaps a “not guilty by reason of insanity” plea, I’m building the case against that at least in part around guy’s obvious presence of mind and specific intent to sneak away undetected, i.e. slithering through the two back doors. If he were crazy and didn’t know what he was doing he’d have gone through at least one of those front doors - either the victim’s or back into his. You’re busted, killa man.
