If this is true, it is sad news. This baw was just in town to perform for the people when he pulled over to get some gas for his car. It appears he was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.

He was targeted. Posted pics of him getting a pedicure at the nail salon right across from the gas station so whoever shot him saw that and headed there.
