So giving him an elite weapon isn’t supporting him? You also act like drafting an OT is a perfect science. We already whiffed once. I am saying get the best player available to help your team.

If you review the tackles in the draft the only true almost can’t miss left tackle is Joe Alt who will likely be gone. Rest of the guys are either projected right tackles (Latham, Fashano), expected to move inside (Fuaga, Fuatana, Barton), or are projects (Mims, Guyton).

This is the deepest group of OTs we’ve seen in a while. I disagree with your assessments on those other guys and most draft analysts do as well. These guys are no where near Penning level projects if thats what scares you.
