Yep. I basically adhere to the method that i'll eat a lot of protein and other foods that don't come out of a box while drinking water and exercising a lot. If I die of a heart attack eating salmon, lifting weights, training bjj and walking 10k steps a day then I guess I just drew the short straw.

Lard making a comeback in certain culinary circles for this very reason. Its surprisingly healthy.
