Then what are you arguing? Thats all I have said this entire thread. That we should expect our coach to sign talented players and take another step forward. How is that a controversial take? How does that mean I hate CMM and LSU basketball?

I’m talking about transfer portal players. They have an abbreviated shelf life. You can win year to year with them but they are not guys you build a program around. Without a roster base already in place, you are just treading water year to year.
