Sewanee supposedly is a rich kid college with lots of drugs. Been there… absolutely nothing out there. At least BSC you had a city to explore.

Sewanne is beautiful and is an amazing collegiate experience. They have plenty of money to survive for a while.
Colleges like Sewanne need to cut out DEI and start really charging for tuition….and build up reserves / foundation.

Sewanee has the distinction of having the best student: acreage ration. Lots of forested space and a beautiful campus. If Sewanee did go under, this will be one desirable property.
