Jayden Daniels, Bo Nix…college is better with transfers. Kids transferring multiple times only protects them from lies or unfortunate situations. Everyone wants to be a pro…so you go to a small school (because you weren’t recruited to (say) Bama) and ball out. You get offered a transfer to Bama and you jump at it…you get to Bama and you don’t play…you tuck your tail and try to go finish your career playing for a third school. I have zero problem with that.

So this only matters for the athletes? Not the coaches that are lied to and put in unfortunate situations because their guy decided to quit on the team and leave because he didn't get playing time immediately?
I don't have a problem with allowing these guys to transfer if/when a HC or even their specific coordinator leaves. But they signed a contract committing to a school.
NFL players in the professional league are held to a higher standard of upholding a contract than college players.
