Chain or not. It’s by far and away the most consistent restaurant in Baton Rouge with J. Alexander’s being a close second.

Hand-cut USDA Prime steaks and an award-winning list of 100 wines by the glass.

Who else even comes to close to not only serving amazing food but also compliments your palate with 100 wines by the glass?

Paul I thought of you a few months ago. I was staying at the MGM and ate at Tom Colicchios craft steak. It was good lol.

Any time I see this I know it's bullshite. Not even Bruce Lee could pull that off without a knife of some sort.

I can’t justify spending that kind of money on a meal no matter how good it is, a few hours later you’re hungry again.

You can get just as good as steak at places like Saltgrass that you do at places like Fleming’s , Ruth’s, etc.

This is pure insanity for any restaurant, to have dozens and dozens of bottles of wine open at any given time. Trying to keep them fresh and preserved, when most people order a glass of the same 5-6 wines.

They likely charge more because they have to recover the full cost of the bottle per glass whenever a bottle is opened.
