People think they're too busy for anything now. They genuinely think they're always busy because they are always engaged with their phone, tv, or computer. People now want to do things when THEY want to, not when someone else wants it.

I'm that way. No one on this planet (the only exception being occasionally my wife) puts me on a time schedule.
I'll do it when and if I feel like it. And my definition of "busy" is irrelevant. Like today, I'm going to be changing a trigger and sights on a handgun then tinkering in my shop. To some that's not busy, but to me I don't give a shite. It's what I want to be doing today.
