Kicking someone's door down in the wee hours of the morning virtually assures that you are going to take fire. The important fact is whether they announced themselves, or whether this was a no knock warrant. The fact that he shot an agent, and was then shot pretty much assures that the door was open. So did the guy open the door and start shooting, or was his door kicked in in the middle of the night?

I imagine, we will never know the full details of this. I leave it at a Clinton associate and the current local Clinton dixie mafia controlled- ATF are all possibly crooked.
