Yeah, you’d think that would be a slam dunk. Especially considering he has said he’d be fine with turning over his phone and in light of his opening statement.

So we have Tony who is providing hearsay testimony, we have a guy who’s in jail for stealing pension money, and we have another guy who was busted for fraud.

None of them are good witnesses. Lol
