That right there seems to be the crux of it. It seems Texas is simply enforcing existing federal law, when the Federal government refuses to.

Exactly! How can the government pick and choose which federal laws states can enforce!! States enforce hundreds if not thousands of federal laws each day across our country. This case is more complicated and stronger than the libs want to admit!
