If Jack Smith shows classified documents to jurors that don't have the proper clearance, wouldn't he be in violation of the espionage act?

I suppose you COULD seat an impartial jury that could pass all the background checks necessary for the appropriate security clearance, but do you have any idea how LONG that would take?

Does she have Jack in a trap?

If he divulges the national security documents to the jury does he compromise national security (he doesn't)?

If he does not divulge the documents to the jury does he violate the defendants 4 amendment rights?

Jack may drop the case to avoid divulging national security documents to the jury unless Jack does an interlocutory appeal and the 11 circuit rebuffs Judge Cannon or takes her off the case.
