It is amazing how many things a fricking bladder infection can mimic in the elderly. So thousands of dollars in tests are done to rule out bad shite. Because getting a confused elderly lady to pee in a cup or not shite in a “hat” is a fricking bane of emergency medicine. Before you say “cath them”, who is the evil bastard who immediately wants to cath an old lady and not give the family a chance.
