I completely agree with TO. If this did not happen, which he gives a reasonable explanation as to how it did not, then Ed Werder is at fault.
Werder heard this anonymous tip, then didnt even check anything more to see if it was true.
The best part is when Smith loses what the point TO is trying to make, and TO responds with "No, I believe someone on the team said that I did that stuff. The problem is that I didnt do it."
