She didn't like June Carter because Cash couldn't stop talking about her and probably had sensed that an affair was brewing.

June Carter has been known for getting around if know what I mean and Vivian in her book said that June Carter confronted her by saying that Johnny will be mine.

Also tensions were high between Rosanne, her sisters and John Carter. In the movie walk the line which I believe John Carter was involved and the actress that played Vivian was a bitch. When one of the sisters watched the portrayal, she was upset to the point that she walked out of the movie.

It also didn't help that June Carter and Cash gave John Carter most of the inheritance money.

My question is why would Cash drop a solid 10 like Vivian for an ugly three like June Carter?

He must really have been pilled up.
