Cut the connective tissue off. Chop into chunks of similar size. Marinate in crushed garlic , lime, salt, pepper, purple onion , cilantro , and cumin. Grill on a skeewer or in a basket.
Same method. Substitute lemon for lime. Parsley for cilantro. Turmeric and all spice for cumin. Make a little zstitsika sauce and make a bad arse pita sandwich.
