Obviously better technical matches but as far as atmosphere Goldberg finally winning the belt from Hogan in front of 40,000 at the Georgia Dome was up there with FSU winning the dang Natty in 99 for me. I was in 9th grade and pretty much the whole high school was absolutely obsessed with the Monday Night Wars and that moment with that crowd was just unbelievable. The excitement of those Monday nights was like college football Saturdays back then

I can remember switching back and forth. I hated McMahon so I was always pulling for the TBS guys but ole Vince won out.

100% this.
Not the greatest match of all time, but Goldberg lifting Hogan up for the jackhammer was easily my favorite wrestling moment of all time. I don't recall a crowd being so electric, and all the shite they were throwing in the ring somehow made the moment even better.
