There was only minor pontificating involved, and that's b/c some of the law in this area is novel. The overriding legal precedents are neither new (part of the "cultural rot" of contemporary times you love to reference) nor complex.

Didn't think an outright dismissal was ever really believed. The resolution should be to remove both. It's beyond obvious to everyone. Judge is playing politics.

It's obvious what's going on here. Can we stop pretending this is some legitimate legal proceeding?
