Are you guys ignoring last summer and just pretending like it wasn’t negative publicity for the league?

Having a child out of wedlock is not something the NBA considers a black eye from a publicity standpoint. You are beyond moronic if you actually believe that. The fact I have to actually post something telling you that is ridiculous. Anthony Edwards just had baby drama and used a homophobic slur in the offseason- hes labeled as the next face of the NBA now. If what you’re saying is true then 90 percent of the NBA would have a black eye. This is 2024 not 1925. Please adjust mentally.

Having a child out of wedlock wasn’t the issue my guy.I shouldn’t have to spell it out to you and rehash every minute detail of this summer.

I’ve given Zion his flowers repeatedly as of late

But comping why SGA and Zion receive different officiating is easy and shouldn’t even be a question.

All of the off the court and conditioning stuff matters in terms of treatment from the league, refs, etc. Zion has been great lately, but he hasn’t made up for 4 years of bad publicity yet.

SGA has been a model of consistency on and off the floor. He’s going to get more calls and he deserves them.

Noshau I’ve got no bias against the guy. I simply attempt to look at this team through a realistic and unbiased lense despite being a fan of it. There are enough blind homers on the site. That’s not the vantage point I prefer to view this team from.
