Imo, the board seems to largely be in agreement that she couldnt legally give consent given how drunk she was. We probably would have never even heard of this if she didnt get run over after.
Every thread is dominated by a select few posters on each side and they ruin it. It is funny watching a thread where lawyers are in there being told what happens during a case like this by non lawyers. Although, we have had plenty of lawyer lawyer back and forths where its obvious we have some 'special' ones
