My friend retired from a city school last year. She made regular visits to the workman’s comp clinic. She had a drawer full of knives and shivs that looked like a prison warden would have. She disarmed kids armed with knives on a couple of occasions. She was in the elementary school by the way.

And the schools’ hands are completely tied by the US Dept of Education.

obamas infamous "dear colleague" letter, forbidding schools to suspend or expel minority students at a higher rate than their percentage of the population of the school...or lose all federal funding. Forget that 2% of the 13% commit 80% of the crime, nah its all based on color not content of character.
