No one is saying the human race was always 30% gay. The survey is saying today 30% of GenZ women are identifying that way. That is an entirely different thing. And it has nothing to do with whether the human race would be here today or not.

Even if it were true, that this implied the same rates in the past, your conclusion is still wrong. Imagine a young woman who desired other women, but lived hundreds of years ago when, in order to survive, she had to provide services to a man. She would simply have repressed her feelings and done her duty.

I think it is more likely that a bunch of young women today are enjoying the attention they are getting for pretending to be alphabet types.
