Pics would be nice.

I have done yogurt marinated kabobs before. Marinated them overnight with some nice seasoning mixed in. They got pretty crispy for me. Try using dark meat and cook them directly over the fire near the end to get some crispy texture.

I've used turmeric and cardamom in my seasoning mix when I use the greek yogurt marinade. It's a pretty big departure from what we normally use to cook so it's definitely a good change of pace.
