I believe there is an 80% chance Fani will be disqualified. I just don't see how the DA fricking the special prosecutor and paying him 3 times more than normal is kosher in Fulton County. But heck, we are talking about Trump here where special law is made on the fly.

No, that is the standard for a judge to recuse himself from a case.
In Georgia, the prosecutor can only be removed if there is a direct conflict of interest. That's why there is all this wrangling over Fani receiving money.
And even if she financially benefitted from hiring Wade, that might not be enough of a conflict because it has no bearing on how they prosecute the case.
Wade should be fired, and Willis investigated for misuse of resources, but even THAT does not create a conflict of interest in the case itself.
