It's tied to the rig in that picture so you're most likely correct. It probably was dragged there and tied off just because it was the closest thing. It doesn't look like it was found as the picture shows.

I saw a pic where it was in that rig, so pretty sure thats the one they hit. Play the game enough you'll either have a near miss or something will happen. How many of the venice charter captains have had issues? i can think of a dozen without racking my brain. Names withheld to protect the ignorant
