This is precisely the wrong read of this situation.
It not about celebrity culture, at all. Its about institutions.
Every half-wit populist claiming to be conservative that doesn't understand why the Monarchy is so important, has no appreciation of either the society they seek to preserve, or the heritage of law and institutions they purport to conserve.
