I think she had an organ transplant. They said 2 weeks in hospital after surgery. Only major organ transplants keep a young relatively healthy person in hospital for more than a week.

They want it secret because she jumped to the top of the line for an organ while everybody else in the UK dies waiting on the transplant list which would be a PR nightmare.
