Of course it’s not the only reason. But parents have full time jobs. Teachers teach kids things. Public school teachers are passing some of these kids with the bare minimum. Their job is to teach the kids. If the kids don’t know shite, there’s a problem. And all of it isn’t on the parents or even most of it. Not even close.
