My kids have all gone to catholic elementary and middle schools and there is no "parishioner rate." My parish has no school but the neighboring one does. If I gave $400 over the course of a year to my parish, I didn't have to pay the $300 or so fee per kid to the school's parish.

And again, everyone in BR is fine with this arrangement. “Hey not only are you going to pay us a ton to go here, but you’re going to donate and “volunteer” for whatever we tell you. What are ya gonna do send your child to one of Baton Rouge’s fine public schools?”
