I watched one episode of Louisiana Law, and got pissed.
Game Wardens boarded the fishing boat of a guy raking oysters. That's tough work, if you could imagine.
Well, the guy didn't have his burlap sacks of oysters covered by a tarp, which means they could be potentially contaminated by bird shite. According to Louisiana Law, they had to be discarded. They made the guy empty about 10 sacks of oysters overboard. Goodness gracious, I got unreasonably furious watching that.
Still pisses me off.![](https://images.tigerdroppings.com/Images/Icons/IconLOL.gif)

If the oysters are baking in the sun all day without shade they will spoil.

well they explained why, the tarp keeps oysters cool so they dont spoil prior to them being refrigerated, and it keeps them clean from all the bird shite from the swarms of seagulls everywhere.
after you spend a week in the hospital with food poisoning from eating those oysters that you think he should still be allowed to sell, get back to us on how wonderful your hospital stay was.
there was another show they caught a guy for the 4th time with no markings on the tags with the area the oysters came from. that made them illegal so he had to follow them into a closed area from oyster harvest and dump an entire load of around 35 sack back into the water there so no one else could pick them up again
food poisoning is no joke, dont be an idiot

How pissed off you get when you’re shitting sideways from eating bad oysters? To the extent it can be avoided of course.
