My firm is run through Google Workspace, so the native phones actually do really make a difference.
I will say that if Microsoft hadn't bumbled their phones, I'd likely be on a Microsoft phone via their platform for the same integration.

Microsoft couldn't get the apps for its phones. Didn't matter how much money it threw at them, developers only want to fool with one or two systems and that's it.
